The brawl rules here.

The following are settings that are to be used in all SSBB matches:

•Match Type: Three Lives Maches Only.
•Best of: 1 match (1-on-1 or a four way free for all)

In addition, the following rules apply to all SSBB matches.

•Item Clause: All items will be turned off. Items add a level of luck to the game witch shows no skill.

•Stage Clause: All stages will be random so you can not prepare on the stage a head of time. This rule will have players preparing for all stages and keeping their skills top notch.

•No Stall Clause: This rule only applys in time or 3/4 free for all matches. This rule prevents one charecter from taking an early lead then either letting time run out or letting other players take each other out.
